To achieve the above

Management has designed, implemented and continuously improved an Integrated Quality Management System in line with the requirements of the International Standard ISO9001: 2008, which ensures that:

The products and services provided satisfy the requirements and expectations of the company's clients, expressed and understood as well as the provisions of the legislation.

The quality of the products and services is consistent and always in line with the company's internal specifications or specifications agreed with the customer.

Working conditions throughout the company are monitored and controlled to prevent accidents.

The operation of business is governed by the framework for establishing and reviewing both product and activity objectives and the efficiency and effectiveness of the business.

This Policy is disclosed and understood within the business and is reviewed for suitability by the Management on a yearly basis.

The duty of all employees involved in the operations of the System is not to adhere to the System but also to contribute actively to its development with the aim of improving quality, reducing costs and increasing the customer satisfaction.
